移动喷雾施药对杂草防治效果的风洞试验

摘  要:
设计并构建了一套移动喷雾施药对杂草防治效果的风洞试验平台,该试验平台能精确控制移动喷雾施药时的外部环境风速与喷雾移动速度。为了研究风速与喷雾移动速度对雾滴沉积量密度的影响,进行了2因素(风速、喷雾移动速度) 3水平的全面试验,分析了雾滴沉积量密度随风速、喷雾移动速度变化趋势及其原因。以杂草马齿苋为例,在不同风速与喷雾移动速度条件下,研究烟嘧磺隆对不同生长时期马齿苋的防治效果。采用配比为0.013 3%质量分数烟嘧磺隆药液对二叶、四叶和六叶一心生长时期马的齿苋喷雾施药,分析了风速、喷雾移动速度与烟嘧磺隆沉积量密度对不同生长时期马齿苋的防治效果。试验结果表明:从风速、喷雾移动速度对雾滴沉积量密度显著性分析结果可知,风速、喷雾移动速度均对雾滴沉积量密度有显著性影响,且风速对雾滴沉积量密度显著性影响程度高于喷雾移动速度。烟嘧磺隆沉积量密度分别至少达到1.52,3.22和6.09μL/cm2时,二叶、四叶和六叶一心生长时期的马齿苋鲜质量防治效果可达到80%以上,在相同烟嘧磺隆沉积量密度条件下,二叶、四叶和六叶一心生长时期的马齿苋鲜质量防效明显高于株防效。喷施烟嘧磺隆防治马齿苋的最佳时期是马齿苋生长的二叶至四叶时期。试验结果为移动喷雾施药防治杂草的应用中选择合适的喷雾参数、合理利用环境条件提供了参考依据。

摘  要:
In this study,a wind tunnel test platform was designed and manufactured for investigating the effect of the mobile spray application on weed control.The test platform can accurately control the wind speed in the external environment and spray movement speed during the spray application.In order to study the effect of wind speed and spray velocity on droplet deposition density,a comprehensive test of two factors(wind speed and spray movement speed)and three levels was carried out,and the variation trend of droplet deposition density with wind speed and spray moving speed and its causes were analyzed.Taking weed purslane as an example,under different wind speeds and different spray moving speeds,the control effect of Nicosulfuron on purslane in different growth stages was studied.The mixed concentration of 0.013 3% Nicosulfuron solution was applied to the spraying of the purslane in the growth period of two leaves,four leaves and six leaves.The effects of wind speed,spray moving speed and Nicosulfuron deposition density on the control of purslane in different growth stages were analyzed.The significant analysis results of the wind speed and spray moving speed on droplet density showed that both wind speed and spray movement speed had a significant effect on the droplet density,and the wind speed had a more significant influence on the droplet density than the spray movement speed.The results showed that,if the fresh weight control effect of Portulaca was higher than 80%,the Nicosulfuron deposition density was at least 1.52,3.22 and 6.09 μL/cm~2.Under the same conditions of Nicosulfuron deposition density,the fresh weight control effect of purslane in the two-leaf,four-leaf and six-leaf growth period was significantly higher than that of the plant.The second to fourth leaf period of the growth of purslane was the best time for the Nicosulfuron spray.In the case of using mobile spray application to control weeds,the results of this experiment can provide a reference for selecting appropriate spray parameters and reasonable use of environmental conditions.
