摘 要:
犬巴贝斯虫病是一种由犬巴贝斯虫引起的、能够造成寄主出现包括消瘦、贫血、黄疸、发热甚至死亡等一系列临床症状的血液原虫传染病.乌鲁木齐市3例疑似犬巴贝斯虫病患犬通过临床检查、血常规、血涂片镜检、血清生化检查、分子生物学检查(PCR)进行诊断,并选择3例患犬中强阳性的病例进行测序分型.结果显示,3例患犬血小板数目均不同程度地减少,其中两例患犬的红细胞数目和血红蛋白也有所减少.血涂片镜检发现,患犬红细胞内疑似存在犬巴贝斯虫虫体.3例患犬犬巴贝斯虫特异性引物核酸检测结果均呈阳性,病原体经分子生物学分析及测序鉴定为犬巴贝斯虫.

摘 要:
Canine babesiosis is a blood protozoan infectious disease caused by Babesia canis,which can lead to a range of clinical symptoms in the host,including weight loss,anemia,jaundice,fever,and even death.In Urumqi,three suspected cases of canine babesiosis were diagnosed through clinical examination,complete blood count,blood smear microscopy,serum biochemical testing,and molecular biological detection(PCR),and sequencing typing was performed on the strongly positive cases among the three sick dogs.The results showed that the platelet counts in the three sick dogs with suspected babesiosis were reduced to varying degrees,and in two cases,there was also a decrease in the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin.Microscopic examination of blood smears revealed the suspected presence of Babesia canis organisms within the red blood cells of the sick dogs.The nucleic acid detection using species-specific primers for Babesia canis in all three cases was positive,and the pathogen was identified as Babesia canis through molecular biological analysis and sequencing.
