根霉R_(01)固态发酵生产植酸酶的研究

摘  要:
以麸皮作为主要培养料,添加质量分数分别为1-15 % 和3% 的NH4Cl 和蛋白胨,加水比例为1∶1,28 ℃培养84 h ,根霉R01 固态发酵生产植酸酶,其活力达到7 852 nmol·min-1·g-1 干曲- 根霉R01 植酸酶在40 ℃条件下保温24 h ,残余酶相对活力仍有82-5 % ,在pH2.6 ~8.0 之间稳定- 在此培养条件下制得的粗酶液中还有很高的糖化酶活力和一定的蛋白酶活力

摘  要:
The optimal conditions of strain Rhizopus R 01 for phytase production by solid culture were as follows:wheat bran as main medium,adding 1.15% NH 4Cl and 3%peptone to it.The phytase activity reached the highest level of 7 852 nmol·min -1 per gram of dry koji after R 01 was cultivated at 28℃ for 84h.The residual relative activity of Rhizopus R 01 phytase was 82.5% of control after incubated at 40℃ for 24h.The residual phytase relative activity was stable in the range of pH from 2.6 to 8.0 Under such conditions the crude enzyme preparation also had much higher activity of glucoamylase and some activity of protease.
