ISSR polymorphism analysis of eight F1 hybrids of Erianthus fulvus and Saccharum spp.

摘  要:
Twelve primers were used for ISSR analysis on eight F1 hybrids of Erianthus fulvus and sugarcane(Saccharum spp.).The results showed that total 133 bands were amplified in the PCR reactions.Among them 111 were polymorphic bands and the polymorphic rate was 83.46 %.It indicated that there was abundance genetic variation among F1 progenies derived from crossing between cultivated sugarcane and Erianthu fulvus.The average genetic coefficients between Yacheng 89-9 and F1 progenies,Erianthus fulvus and F1 progenies,were 0.67 and 0.44,respectively.The clustering result of F1 progenies showed that all the progenies were clustered with female parent.This suggested that the genetic material of female parent was predominated in F1 progenies.The clustering result also showed that chromosome number types of F1 progenies were not directly related to their clustering results based on ISSR analysis.
