利福昔明对奶牛子宫内膜炎常见病原菌的体外抗菌活性评价

摘  要:
旨在测定利福昔明对奶牛子宫内膜炎主要病原菌抗菌活性,为评价防治子宫炎疗效提供体外依据。采用微量肉汤稀释法,测定利福昔明对河南3个牛场60头患子宫内膜炎奶牛子宫液分离的主要病原菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),与临床常用的土霉素进行对比。结果,利福昔明对葡萄球菌的MIC在0.015~32μg/m L之间,对链球菌的MIC在0.015~16μg/m L之间,对大肠杆菌的MIC为2~32μg/m L之间,对化脓隐秘杆菌的MIC在0.25~4μg/m L之间,对其他细菌的MIC50和MIC90均为16μg/m L。土霉素对葡萄球菌的MIC在1~64μg/m L之间,对链球菌的MIC为0.5~64μg/m L,对大肠杆菌的MIC为2~8μg/m L;对化脓隐秘杆菌MIC为0.5~8μg/m L,对其他细菌的MIC为4~64μg/m L。结果表明,利福昔明对奶牛子宫内膜炎的主要病原菌有较强抗菌活性,对革兰阳性菌的抗菌作用优于革兰阴性菌,且对大部分病原菌的抗菌活性优于土霉素。

摘  要:
The present study was to determine the antibacterial activity of rifaximin against the main pathogenic bacteria of endometritis of dairy cows so as to provide in vitro basis for evaluating the curative effect of the treatment of endometritis. Broth dilution was used to determine the MIC of rifaximin against the main pathogenic bacteria isolated from the uterine fluid of 60 patients with endometritis in three cow farms in Minquan County of Henan Province. The effects were compared with that of the widely clinically used oxytetracycline. The results were: the MIC of rifaximin against Staphylococcus was 0. 015 ~ 32 μg/m L; the MIC of rifaximin against Streptococcus was 0. 015 ~ 16 μg/m L;the MIC of rifaximin against E. coli was 2 ~ 32 μg/m L; the MIC of rifaximin against Arcanobacterium pyogenes was 0. 25 ~ 4 μg/m L. The MIC of oxytetracycline against Staphylococcus was 1 ~ 64 μg/m L; the MIC of oxytetracycline against Streptococcus was 0. 5 ~ 64 μg/m L; the MIC of oxytetracycline against E. coli was 2 ~ 8 μg/m L; the MIC of Arcanobacterium pyogenes was 0. 5 ~ 8 μg/m L. These results indicated that rifaximin was very effectively active against the main pathogens of cow endometritis,and that the antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria was better than that against Gram-negative bacteria. The majority of the antibacterial activities of rifaximin were better than that of oxytetracycline.
