经济新常态下我国粮食安全面临的挑战

摘  要：
在我国经济进入新常态时期,粮食安全作为国民经济发展"基础的基础",具有"四位一体"的特征,即产品安全、资源安全、生态安全和贸易安全,同时也面临农业资源偏紧和生态环境恶化,粮食的自主性存在一定风险等方面的挑战。本文在深度分析经济新常态下我国粮食安全面临的挑战基础上,提出了在高起点上进一步提高粮食安全水平,夯实经济社会发展基础的应对策略。

摘  要：
While our country economy has entered the period of a new normal,food security as the basis of the foundation of the national development,has the characteristics of "Four-in-One",it also faces the challenges of tight agricultural resources,the deterioration of ecological environment and the risk of food autonomy.Based on the in-depth analysis of the challenges facing our country's food security under the new normal economic situation,this paper proposed on some strategies to improve the security of our country's food on a high starting point.
