兔葡萄球菌的分离与鉴定

摘  要：
为了确定重庆市某兔场洪灾后母兔发生化脓性疾病的病原及筛选敏感的药物,试验进行了细菌分离培养、染色镜检、生化试验、血浆凝固酶试验、动物接种试验、16S rRNA基因扩增及测序、药物敏感试验。结果表明:分离的病原菌是金黄色葡萄球菌,其基因序列与金黄色葡萄球菌的同源性高达99%;分离菌对氨苄西林、先锋Ⅴ、菌必治、氨苄西林/舒巴坦高度敏感。

摘  要：
To determine the pathogens causing suppurative diseases in adult female rabbits from in a rabbit farm in Chongqing after a flood,and to screen the sensitive drugs against the diseases.The pathogenic diagnosis were carried out using the bacterial culture and isolation,staining microscopy,biochemical test,plasma coagulase test,the animal inoculation test,16S rRNA amplification and sequencing,and drug sensitivity test.The results showed that the sequence homology of the pathogenic microbe had high similarity(99%) to Staphylococcus aureus,and the isolated pathogenic bacteria was identified as Staphylococcus aureus.The pathogenic bacteria was highly sensitive to ampicillin,cefalexin,ceftriaxone and ampicillin-sulbactam.
