碘甲磺隆钠盐在土壤和小麦中的残留动态

摘  要:
在长沙市马坡岭和北京市通县开展了碘甲磺隆钠盐在小麦植株和土壤中的残留降解动态试验。两地试验结果表明:在施药剂量为28.2ga.i./hm2时,长沙市马坡岭试验点碘甲磺隆钠盐在小麦植株和土壤中的半衰期分别为4.1、7.4d,北京市通县试验点碘甲磺隆钠盐在小麦植株和土壤中的半衰期分别为5.4、22d,碘甲磺隆钠盐在小麦茎叶和土壤中都能迅速降解,其中在小麦植株中的降解更快。6.25%碘甲磺隆钠盐水分散粒剂用于小麦田除草,施药剂量分别为18.8、28.2ga.i./hm2时,施药1次,收获期小麦籽粒、麦秆及土壤中的残留均低于0.003mg/kg。

摘  要:
In order to prove the residue degradation rules after being used in wheat field and assess the security of iodosuifuron-methyl-sodium(IMS),a field-supervised experiment was conducted to reveal the degradation dynamics of IMS in soil and wheat in Changsha and Beijing,respectively.When the applied concentration of this herbicide was 28.2 g a.i./ha,the half-lives of IMS in wheat and soil was 4.1 and 7.4 d in Changsha,respectively,that was 5.4 and 22 d in Beijing respectively.The results showed that IMS can be reduced in both the soi1 and wheat plant,the degradation rate of IMS in wheat plant was faster than in soil.The wheat was sprayed with iodosuifuron-methyl-sodium 6.25%at doses of 18.8 and 28.2 g a.i./ha,respectively,the final residues of IMS in wheat seed,wheat plant and soil were less than 0.003 mg/kg.
