黑环蜂和黄环蜂各品系基因组DNA的多态性分析

摘 要:
应用随机引物 (W ,5 CGGCCCCGGT 3 ;K ,5 CGGCCCCTGT 3 ;P ,5 ACCCAGGTTG 3 )分别对黑环蜂 3个品系和黄环蜂 4个品系的DNA基因组进行PCR扩增 ,结果获得不同数量的条带和相对分子质量不同的多态DNA图谱 ,从而为区分黑环蜂 (卡尼鄂拉蜂、珲春黑蜂、东北黑蜂 )和黄环蜂 (黄环系蜂、老美意蜂、浙农大意蜂、平湖意蜂 )及其品系间的不同遗传性状奠定了分子生物学分类的基础

摘 要:
random primers(W,5 CGGCCCCGGT 3;K,5 CGGCCCCTGT 3;P,5 ACCCAGGTTG 3)and PCR were used to amplify the genomic DNA in strains of black ring bee(Carniolian bee,Huichun black bee,Northeast black bee)and yellow ring bee(Yellow ring bee,American Italian bee,Zhejiang Agriculture University Italian bee,Pinghu Italian bee).The results showed that all products of amplification contained multiple brands but only the polymorphic DNA maps which got from amplification with P primer could help us to identify the strains of black ring bee and yellow ring bee respectively.
