基于SWOT分析的林业高校精准扶贫策略研究

摘  要:
林业作为脱贫攻坚的主战场之一,由于其特殊性在我国精准扶贫中尤为突出。林业高校作为林业人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的主阵地,参与精准扶贫有义不容辞的责任和义务。文章结合林业高校精准扶贫所具有的优势与劣势、面对的机遇与威胁,构建战略矩阵,运用SWOT分析法对林业高校精准扶贫的策略进行了深入系统地分析。在此基础上,依托林业高校学科、人才、科研等优势与特色,提出"全方位"教育扶贫、"全链条"产业扶贫、"全领域"人才扶贫的"三全"模式,为提高林业高校精准扶贫成效提供建议参考。

摘  要:
As one of the main fields of poverty alleviation, forestry has outstanding advantages in targeted poverty alleviation due to its particularity. As the main institutions of talents training, scientific research and social services in forestry, the universities have an incumbent responsibility and obligation to participate in targeted poverty alleviation. In this paper, in term of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the targeted poverty alleviation for forestry universities, the strategic matrix was constructed. based on the SWOT analysis method, the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation for forestry universities was systematically discussed. On this basis, relying on the advantayes and characteristics of subjects, talents and scientific research of forestry universities, the "Three-whole support" mode in the targeted poverty alleviation was proposed, which includes "all-round" education support, "whole chain" support in industry and "whole field" talent support in the poverty alleviation, so as to provide some useful suggestions and references for improving effects of the targeted poverty alleviation in forestry.
