基于DEA模型的新疆休闲农业发展效率评价分析

摘  要：
根据新疆14个地州休闲农业发展规模,构建了基于3个投入指标和3个产出指标的休闲农业DEA评价模型,分析了各地州休闲农业发展综合效率、技术效率和规模效率,并进行了效率、规模报酬和松弛变量的实证分析。结果表明:新疆各地州的休闲农业的总体效率没有完全达到投入产出平衡,约有57%的地州在投资、土地、劳动力、规模、收入等方面均存在问题。针对发展效率中经营规模、技术效率、土地、资本利用率较低等差异问题,提出提升新疆休闲农业发展效率的对策建议。

摘  要：
According to the development scale of leisure agriculture in 14 prefectures of Xinjiang, this paper constructs the DEA evaluation model of leisure agriculture based on 3 input indexes and 3 output indexes, and analyzes the comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency of leisure agriculture development in various prefectures, and conducts empirical analysis on efficiency, scale reward and slack variables. The results show that the overall efficiency of leisure agriculture in Xinjiang has not reached the input-output balance completely. About 57% of the prefectural areas have problems in investment, land, labor force, scale, income and other aspects. In view of the differences in development efficiency such as operation scale, technical efficiency, land and capital utilization rate, this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in Xinjiang.
