珍稀植物青檀天然群体种子表型变异分析

摘  要:
为了搞清山东青檀的表型变异程度及变异规律,采用方差分析、相关分析、聚类分析等分析方法,对青檀(Pteroceltis tatarinowii)5个天然群体种子表型性状进行了比较分析。结果表明,山东青檀种子具有丰富的表型变异,其变异主要来源于群体内的变异;各性状群体间表型分化系数为7.9%~59.70%,平均值为39.10%;所有性状的变异系数平均值为22.74%,各群体的表型变异程度有青檀寺(25.86%)>佛峪(25.80%)>莲台山(23.60%)>曲阜(22.12%)>灵岩寺(16.31%);各表型性状间大多呈显著或极显著的相关关系;5个青檀群体被聚合成2组,其地理变异规律遵循随机变异模式。

摘  要:
In order to figure out degrees and laws of phenotypic variation, characters about seed for five natural populations of Pteroceltis tatarinowii in Shandong were analyzed by the methods of variance analysis, correlation analysis, cluster analysis, etc. The results showed that extensive genetic variations were detected both within and among the five populations. Variation within populations was proved as the main resource of the phenotypic variation for Pteroceltis tatarinowii in Shandong. The phenotypic differentiation coefficients among the populations were varied from 7.9% to 59.70%, with an average value of 39.10%. The average variation coefficient for all the characters was 22.74%. The relationship of the phenotypic variability degrees for different populations was as follows: Qingtan Temple(25.86%)>Foyu(25.80%)>Liantai Mountain(23.60%)>Qufu(22.12%)>Lingyan Temple(16.31%). Most of those characters were significantly correlated with one another. The five Pteroceltis tatarinowii populations were then clustered into 2 groups, whose geographic variations were in accordance with the random variation mode.
