摘  要：
According to the needs of the current society of horticultural technique talents,through the adjustment direction,optimizing the curriculum,construction of teaching system,innovation of teachers,changing the way of teaching evaluation,this paper was aimed to build the talent training mode based on market demand,to enhance the students' practical ability,innovation ability and comprehensive ability.
