基于共生理论下的乡村古建筑群有机更新与保护研究——以宁海葛家村为例

摘  要：
近年来新农村建设实践中的"建新不拆旧"或"拆旧建新"的活动使达不到文化保护级别的乡村古建筑群面临着衰落和被拆除的命运,如何让这些乡土文化的载体得以保护和延续我们的乡愁已成为许多乡村面临的问题,本文通过引入生物学中的共生理论,以葛家村古建筑群为基础建立共生模型并构建完善的共生系统,并从古建筑群的物质更新、村民生活改善、地方文化再生和社会活化四个方面总结了古建筑群在构建完善的共生系统下的有机更新策略与手段,为中国广大类似乡村古建筑群有机更新提供借鉴。

摘  要：
In new rural construction practice in recent years,"Building a new building and without demolition of the old"or"Dismantling the old buildings and building a new"activities make the rural ancient buildings which can not reach the cultural protection level in the country face declining and being demolished,how to let the carrier of the local culture to be protected and continue our homesickness has become the problem which many country are faced with.in this paper,through the introduction of the symbiosis theory in biology,with ancient buildings as the basis for the establishment of GeJiaCun symbiosis model and construct the symbiotic system perfect.At the last,Putting forward organic strategy and method from ancient material update,the villagers′lives improve regeneration,local culture and social activation four aspects,and providing a reference for the similar Chinese village of ancient buildings and organic renewal.
