浅析我国农业科技人力资源

摘  要:
我国拥有世界上最为庞大的农业科技人员队伍。受农业大国的国情和长期计划经济的影响,使我国农业科研机构设置和人员配备具有显著的特点,机构重复设置、层次复杂,人员结构不合理的现象也很突出,这使得我国农业科研的效果受到很大影响。改变这一状况的措施是进行科研管理体制改革,优化科技人力资源配置,通过教育培训等手段提高科技人力资源的素质。

摘  要:
The human resource of agricultural S&T in China is rich,but its structure and the distribution is un-reasonable.Most of high quality human resources are collected in big city and eastern city of China.The central section and the western region where there were not enough agricultural S&T human resource.Meanwhile,the subject of these researchers in here focused only on crop production obviously.Researchers whose subjects were live stock husbandry,food processing and agricultural machine were not enough relatively.As a method of improving this case,we should reform agricultural S&T system,optimize the disposition of agricultural S&T human resource,raise the quality of agricultural S&T human resource by training.
