新疆规模化奶牛场繁殖障碍类疫病的血清学调查

摘  要：
对新疆南、北疆的6个规模化奶牛场繁殖障碍类疫病进行调查,采集流产、产死胎、弱胎的成年母牛血清155份,应用血清学方法检测牛病毒性腹泻等5种疫病的感染性抗体。检测结果表明,5种疫病在各牛场不同程度存在,感染性抗体平均阳性率分别为牛病毒性腹泻75.5%、牛衣原体38.1%、牛传染性鼻气管炎88.4%、牛布鲁氏菌病25.7%、弓形体病26.5%。本研究为规模化奶牛场开展疫病防控提供了依据。

摘  要：
In this study, the epidemiological investigation of infectious reproductive diseases were conducted in six large scale dairy farm located in the southern Xinjiang or the northern Xinjiang. 115serum were collected from adult cows, which happened abortion, gave stillbirth or weak young. The antibodies of bovine viral diarrhoea and the other four diseases were detected by serological test. It showned that the five reproductive diseases were prevalent more or less in the five dairy farm. The antibody positve rate of bovine viral diarrhoea,chlamydia bovis, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis,brucellosis, toxoplasmosis were 75.5%, 38.1%,88.4%, 25.7%, 26.5%, respectively. The results provided epidemiological evidence for the diseases control in large scale dairy farm.
