摘  要：
分析了我国收入分配在城乡所形成的收入差距过大原因,并从分配制度、税收政策、政策导向、监督和执行措施等方面,提出了一系列针对性较强的对策,以切实缩小城乡二元结构、东中西部区位差别、行业垄断性异同、职业差别、生产要素差别等所造成的收入分配差距,实现收入分配的和谐。

摘  要：
The causes of the larger income gap between urban and rural residents in China were analyzed,and a series of corresponding countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of assignment system,tax policy,policy guiding and supervision as well as execution,etc.,to narrow income distribution gap caused by the factors of the urban-rural dual structure,location differences among the eastern,central and western areas,profession monopolizing differences,occupational differences and different factors of production,and to realize the division of income harmony.
