2种不同还原剂对实验室废水中六价铬去除效果研究

摘  要:
还原沉淀法去除六价铬是一种经济有效的化学处理方法。通过还原试验确定出硫酸亚铁、亚硫酸钠2种不同还原剂处理含铬废水的最佳反应条件,探讨了p H值、还原剂投加量以及反应时间对六价铬去除效率的影响。通过对比,硫酸亚铁作为还原剂,p H值为2.5、还原剂投加量为理论投加量的1.5倍、反应20 min的条件下六价铬去除效果较好,去除效率达97.12%,可达标排放。

摘  要:
Reducing precipitation method is the economic and effective chemical treatment to remove Cr(Ⅵ).The removal effect of Cr(Ⅵ)was studied with different reducing agents on different p H condition,dose of reductant and reaction time,and then determined the optimum reactive conditions by the reduction experiments.The results showed that Fe SO4 was better than Na SO3 as a reducing agent on the condition of p H value was 2.5,the dose of reductant was 1.5 times of theoretical dosage and the reaction time was 20 min.Under this condition,the removal rates of Fe SO4 arrive at97.12%,the wastewater can achieve the discharged standard.
