顶空/超声提取法-气相色谱法测定土壤中总石油烃

摘  要:
将石油类划分为挥发性组分(汽油类C5~C10)和非挥发性组分(柴油类和重土壤油类C10~C40)2大类,分别以顶空和超声波提取法进行富集分离,用带有氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)的气相色谱仪检测。结果表明,该方法线性良好,C5~C10的检出限为10.0~14.0mg/kg,C11~C40的检出限为10.0~375mg/kg;精密度和准确度良好,C5~C10实际样品回收率为66.4%~107%,C11~C40的实际样品回收率为50.0%~127%,能满足实际土样分析的需求。

摘  要:
In this paper,petroleum is divided into two categories:volatile components(gasoline C5~C10)and non-volatile components(diesel and heavy soil oils C10~C40),which are enriched by headspace and ultrasonicextraction respectively,and then both of them were detected using a gas chromatograph with a hydrogenflame ionization detector(FID). The method has good linearity. The detection limit of C5~C10 is 10.0~14.010.0 μg/kg,and the detection limit of C11~C40 is 10.0~375 μg/kg. The precision of the method is good,and the actual sample recovery of C5~C10 was 66.4% ~107%,and the actual sample recovery rate ofC11~C40 was 50.0%~127%.This method was suitable for the actual soil sample analysis.
