The evaluation of ecosystem services value has become the hotspot of Ecological Economics and Environmental Economics. This paper built an evaluation model of ecosystem services value through modifying the Costanza's model by importing the correction factor of biomass. The application results in Daye city showed that: ① The total value of ecosystem services had an increasing trend from 1991 to 2000.The main reason was a large number of cropland returning to lake.② The service value per unit area of forest decreased. The forest ecosystem showed a decline in overall quality, indicating that the afforestation, the returning of cropland to forest and the protection of existing forest were not harmonious.③ Although the function value of regional food production decreased because of the reduction of cropland area, the service value per unit area of cropland increased, and the total value of regional ecosystem services increased. So the policy of ecological returning of cropland to forest was generally in favor of improving regional eco-environmental quality.
