元认知策略是一种重要的学习策略,自主学习则充分体现了学生积极调整学习策略和努力的过程,增强学生自主学习能力是大学英语教学的重要目标之一。本文从认知心理学的角度探讨如何运用元认知策略培养大学生英语自主学习的能力。

摘  要:
Meta-cognitive strategy is an important strategy of learning,while autonomous learning fully reflects the process of student adjusting their strategy and their level of efforts,consequently,an important goal of college English teaching is to enhance students' ability to learn autonomously.This paper,from the perspective of cognitive psychology,aims to work out how to develop students' ability to learn autonomously through meta-cognitive strategies.
