"直过民族"地区国家通用语言文字的推广帮扶活动是云南省"脱贫攻坚"的重要举措。结合孟连县2017年度的帮扶活动总结经验,反思问题,提出加强宣传、夯实基础、拓宽途径、重视"双语"、强化师资、创新形式的建议,有助于下一步"精准扶贫"工作成效的提升。

摘  要：
The popularization of standard Chinese language for 'leap development of social system' strategy is the important measure to ' tackling poverty' in Yunnan Province. Combine the experiences of Helping Events in Menglian County in 2017,reflect on the issues,put forward some countermeasures to strengthen publicity,consolidate the foundation,broaden the channels,attach importance to 'bilingualism',strengthen the teachers troop and innovations. It will help to improve the effectiveness of the 'precise poverty alleviation' project in the next step.
