摘 要：
According to the changes in setup of supply and demand of agriculture products, this paper expounds and proves the necessity of conducting regional planning for production bases of agriculture products with superior quality based on ecological environment in the new era; analyzes the principle thoughts for this type of production base regional planning; and puts forward some matching policies and suggestions suitable for this type of production base regional planning.
