深山含笑叶挥发油的化学成分及生物活性测定

摘  要:
[目的]研究深山含笑叶挥发油的化学成分,进行体外抑菌是固体试验和抗肿瘤试验研究。[方法]深山含笑鲜叶经过水蒸汽蒸馏得1种淡黄色精油,采用气-质联用法对深山含笑水提物的化学成分进行了研究,用杯碟法和AlamarBlue法进行生物活性研究。[结果]经毛细管色谱分析分离,共确认出其中34种成分,所鉴定出化学成分的质量占总量的90.10%以上,应用色谱峰面积归一法分析各成分的质量分数,其主要化学成分是莰烯(10.030%)、(-)-β-蒎烯(8.826%)、柠檬油(7.935%)、丁子香烯(12.457%);并发现其化学成分对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑制作用,对大肠杆菌、红酵母无明显作用。在浓度为100μg/ml对肺癌细胞有较强的抑制作用,抑制率为98.91%±7.90%。[结论]该研究为深山含笑作为优良生态保健树种和药源研究提供了科学依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim of the research was to seek for chemical constituents,antibacterial activities and antitumor activities of volatile oil extracted from the leaves of Michelia maudiae Dunn.[Method] The leaves of Michelia maudiae Dunn was extracted by steam distillation and its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS method.The antibacterial activities and antitumor activities was studied by the cylinder plate method and Alamar Blue method.[Result] The results showed that 34 compounds of the volatile oil were identified,which accounted for 90.10% of all.The main chemical compounds were camphene(10.030%),beta-pinene(8.826%),limonene(7.935%),caryophyllene(12.457%).The antibacterial experiments of the volatile oil showed that the volatile oil had antibacterial activities to Staphylococcus aureus,but had no inhibition against Escherichia coli and Rhodotorula glutinis.The result of antitumor activities in vitro against human lung cancer cell line NCI-H460 by Alamar Blue method indicated that the inhibitory rate was 98.91%±7.90% at the volatile oil concentration of 100 μg/ml.[Conclusion] The study provided scientific basis for Michelia maudiae Dunn being used as good ecological health care tree species and drug resource.
