外源蔗糖对NO_3~-胁迫下叶用莴苣抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究外源蔗糖对NO3-胁迫下叶用莴苣生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响。【方法】以常规营养液、叶面喷施清水作为CK,在75 mmol/L NO3-胁迫下,通过叶面喷施0 mmol/L(T1)、0.1 mmol/L(T2)、1 mmol/L(T3)、3 mmol/L(T4)和6 mmol/L(T5)的蔗糖,进行水培试验。【结果】在整个生育期内,T1处理叶用莴苣的生长受到显著的抑制,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加,外源蔗糖处理可以缓解NO3-胁迫对叶用莴苣生长的抑制作用,降低MDA含量。在生长中期,外施3 mmol/L蔗糖提高了过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,显著降低了类黄酮含量;在生长后期,T5显著提高了过氧化物酶(POD)活性,NO3-胁迫下各处理间SOD、CAT活性无显著差异,T4处理显著降低了类黄酮含量。【结论】3 mmol/L蔗糖增强了叶用莴苣对活性氧的清除能力,降低了脂膜过氧化程度,缓解NO3-胁迫对叶用莴苣生长的抑制作用。

摘  要:
【Objective】The project aims to study the influences of spraying exogenous sucrose on the growth and the activities of antioxidant enzymes,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in lettuce under NO3-stress were investigated.【Method】With conventional nutrient solution(7. 5 mmol /L NO3-) and foliar spraying water as CK,spraying exogenous sucrose( 0,0. 1,1,3,6 mmol /L) on the growth of lettuce cultivated in nutrient solution under 75 mmol /L NO3-stress.【Result】During the whole growth period,the growth of lettuce was significantly restrained and its MDA was greatly enhanced by T1 treatment. Exogenous sucrose could alleviate the suppression of the NO3-stress on the growth of lettuce and reduce its MDA content. In the middle period of the growth,under 75 mmol /L NO3-stress,the activities of superoxidase( SOD),catalase(CAT) were significantly increased,while the content of flavonoid decreased in treatment with 3 mmol/L exogenous sucrose;At later stages of growth,the activity of peroxidase( POD) was significantly increased by T5 treatment,but the activities of SOD,CAT showed no significant differences among the treatments.【Conclusion】3 mmol /L exogenous sucrose could enhance the capacity of lettuce in scavenging active oxygen species,protect the lettuce from the peroxidation of membrane lipids and alleviate the suppression of the NO3-stress on the growth of lettuce.
