百色市2016~2018年高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征防控效果评估

摘  要:
为评估百色市高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(HP-PRRS)防控效果,通过对2016~2018年生猪HP-PRRS疫苗免疫率、抗体阳性率、病原检测结果等数据进行系统统计分析。结果显示:百色市2016~2018年生猪HP-PRRS疫苗免疫率分别为95.5%、94.1%、93.8%,抗体阳性率分别为84.4%、86.3%、85.2%,对采自本市规模猪场、农村散养户、屠宰场和生猪交易市场的组织样品及鼻棉拭子HP-PRRSV核酸检测结果阳性率分别为4.9%、2.5%、2.2%。结论:保持高免疫密度和好的免疫质量的条件下,可以降低HP-PRRSV感染率,从而减少生猪发病率和死亡率。

摘  要:
In order to evaluate the prevention and control effect of Highly Pathogenic Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome(HP-PRRS) in Baise City, the immunity rate, antibody positive rate and pathogen detection results of HP-PRRS vaccine from 2016 to 2018 were systematically statistically analyzed. The results showed that the immunization rates of HP-PRRS vaccine in Baise City from 2016 to 2018 were respectively 95.5%, 94.1% and 93.8%, and the antibody positive rates were respectively 84.4%, 86.3% and 85.2%. In addition, the positive rates of nucleic acids for HP-PRRS Virus(HP-PRRSV) in tissue samples and nasal swab samples collected from large-scale pig farms, rural bulk farmers, slaughterhouses and pig markets in the city were respectively 4.9%, 2.5% and 2.2%. Conclusion: under the condition of high immune density and good immune quality, the infection rate of HP-PRRSV can be reduced. Thus, the morbidity and mortality of pigs can be reduced.
