42%氟茚唑菌胺·嘧菌酯悬浮剂高效液相色谱方法研究

摘  要:
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用以ZORBAX SB-C_(18)、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在254nm波长下对42%氟茚唑菌胺·嘧菌酯悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法检测氟茚唑菌胺和嘧菌酯的线性相关系数为1.000 0、1.000 0,标准偏差为0.09、0.09,变异系数为0.43%、0.42%,平均回收率为100.00%、99.97%。

摘  要:
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of fluindapyr & azoxystrobin 42% SC by HPLC with acetonitrile and H_3PO_4 solution as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-C_(18) and DAD at254 nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 1.0000 and 1. 000 0, the standard deviation of 0. 09 and 0. 09, the variation coefficient of 0. 43% and 0. 42% and the average recovery of 100. 00% and 99. 97% were obtained for fluindapyr and azoxystrobin respectively.
