摘  要：
学科建设是现代科研院所可持续发展的重要保障。文章系统阐述了江苏省农业科学院"小而特"学科建设情况,将目前形成全产业链模式的豆类学科作为研究样本,总结了其在全产业链延伸建设过程中的先进经验和可复制模式,系统分析了影响"小而特"学科发展的各个要素,并针对"小而特"学科全产业链延伸从人才团队、研究方向、条件保障等方面提出学科建设思路。

摘  要：
Disciplinary construction is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of modern scientific research institutes. The development of "small but special" disciplines in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences was systematically analyzed in the paper. Taking the legume discipline that has formed an entire industry chain model as a research sample, its advanced experience and replicable model in the process of the extension of the entire industry chain was analyzed. The factors that affect the development of "small but special" disciplines were systematically analyzes, and construction ideas for the extension of the entire industry chain of "small but special" disciplines were put forward from aspects of talent team, research direction, condition guarantee, etc.
