空间条件对毛百合的影响

摘  要：
为使毛百 合产生一 些有 益 的变 异， 利用 “９４０７０３” 科 学 返回 式 卫 星搭 载 毛百 合 的 干种子， 实验 观测 Ｓ Ｐ１ 代３ ａ 生鳞 茎的周 长和重量 ， 可溶性 糖、可溶 性蛋白质 的含量 及过 氧化 物酶的活性 ； Ｓ Ｐ１ 和 Ｓ Ｐ２ 过氧化物 同功酶 的带 谱、 Ｒｆ 值、 Ｓ Ｐ２ 种 子形 态、千 粒 重、发 芽率 等。 结果显示： Ｓ Ｐ１ 鳞茎 周长和重 量有所 增加， 可 溶性糖、 可溶性蛋 白质的含 量提高 ， 过氧化 物酶 的活性增大 ； Ｓ Ｐ１ 和 Ｓ Ｐ２ 过 氧化物 同功酶谱 与对照 比较有明 显差异； Ｓ Ｐ２ 种子 千粒重比 对照增 加０４ｇ 。以 上结果 说明， 空 间条件对 毛百合有 较明显 的影响， 产生了一 些有益 的变异。

摘  要：
The seeds of L.dauricum which had been carried by satellite “94073”into space were sown and analyzed .The bulb size and weight in SP 1 increased in comparison with control.In triennial bulb, soluble carbohydrate, soluble protein and peroxidase activity increased obviously in comparison with control. The zymogram of isoenzymes indicated that the number band of peroxidaes of SP 1 and SP 2 was more than control. The 1000-grain weight of SP 2 increased by 0 4g. It suggests that the space cond. tion had some beneficial effects on the seeds of L. dauricum.
