摘  要:
将 31属 10 5株食 (药 )用蕈菌输入既定筛选模型系统的初筛模型 ,从中选出 6株功能菌。继而 ,将其输入既定筛选模型系统的复筛模型 ,检出 2株天然食品防腐剂生产菌E .F .15和E .F .4 2。

摘  要:
strains of edible or medicinal fungi belonging to 31 genera and 52 species were put into the first screening model system. And 6 edible fungus strains with the most extensive bacteriostatic spectra were detected and put into the second screening model system, in which strains E.F.15 and E.F.42 with the ability of producing certain native food preservatives were screened out.
