摘  要：
国际政治的系统状况及其特征一直是国际政治学界研究的重点问题之一。文章首先对国际政治系统的复杂性效应进行了概念界定,并在此基础上从无政府状态与国际机制两方面阐述了其复杂性产生的宏观机制,为国际政治复杂理论的研究提供了宏观依据。

摘  要：
The systemic status and characters of international politics have been one of the important issues among international politics academy.The paper defines effects of complex in international politics,firstly,and explains macroscopical mechanism of international politics' complex basing on anarchy and international mechanism,which has provided the macroscopic basis for research of the international political complex theory.
