摘  要：
随着互联网的普及与应用,网络销售模式为兽药监管带来了新的困难和挑战。本文通过一起网络销售兽药案,阐述了网络销售兽药的现状,对网络监管缺位、法律法规不健全、执法取证难度大等问题进行了梳理,提出了加强网络审核监管、完善相关法律法规、执行兽药GSP等建议。

摘  要：
With the popularity and development of the internet,new difficulties and challenges for veterinary drug supervision was brought by the network marketing strategy.Based on a case of selling veterinary drugs on the internet,some problems encountered in the process of supervision were sorted out,such as deficiency of network supervision,inadequate laws and regulations,great difficulty in the law enforcement and evidence obtaining.In the end,advice on how to address these problems was given,including strengthening the online checking and supervision,improving related laws and regulations and executing the GPS system in the field of veterinary drug supervision.
