饲料中5种有害重金属的检测方法研究

摘  要:
试验采用硝酸和高氯酸为消解试剂对饲料样品进行消解处理,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)和原子荧光分光光度仪(AFS)分别测定样品中铅、镉、铬和砷、汞5种重金属元素含量。试验结果表明:各元素在标准使用液浓度范围内,线性关系均大于0.999 6,方法检出限在0.003~0.010 mg/kg之间,相对标准偏差小于4.8%,加标回收率为95.5%~103.0%。该方法准确、方便、灵敏度高,系统地解决不同类型饲料中常见有害重金属检测。

摘  要:
Samples of feeds were treated by graphite heating plate using nitric acid and perchloric acidas digestion reagents. The contents of five heavy mental elements such as lead, cadmium, chromium,arsemic and mercury were determined by Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer(AFS). The experimental results showed thatthe linear relationship of the five elements were greater than 0.999 6 within the concentration rang ofthe standard curve. The method detection limits were between 0.003~0.010 mg/kg, the relative stan-dard deviations(RSD) were less than 4.8% and the recoveries were in the range of 95.5%~103.0%.The method is accurate, sensitive and systematically solved the common harmful heavy metals,detec-tion in different types of feeds.
