4种药剂对马铃薯Y病毒病防治效果评价分析

摘  要:
[目的]筛选防治马铃薯Y病毒病的最佳药剂,建立适用于本地区防治马铃薯Y病毒病防治方法。[方法]选用5%氨基寡糖素水剂、60%光合细菌粉剂、6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂和0.5%香菇多糖水剂4种药剂进行田间试验防治马铃薯Y病毒病。[结果]3次药后调查发现,5%氨基寡糖素水剂、60%光合细菌粉剂、6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂和0.5%香菇多糖水剂4种药剂平均防效分别为69.26%、51.19%、57.77%和63.08%,采用同一药剂不同剂量处理时,施药5%氨基寡糖素水剂140 g a.i./hm~2,3次药后平均防效达78.70%,与对照区比较马铃薯增产30.4%。[结论]结合本地区马铃薯Y病毒发病情况,推荐使用5%氨基寡糖素水剂140 g a.i./hm~2对马铃薯Y病毒病进行防治。

摘  要:
[Aims] This study aims to scree n out the optimal agents for the prevention and treatment of PVY, and establish a control method suitable for the prevention and control of PVY in this field. [Methods] Four medicaments,amino oligosaccharin 5% AS, photosyn thetic bacteria 60% DP, oligosaccharide·chain protein 6% WP, and lentinan0.5% AS, were selected for field trials to control PVY. [Results] The investigation after 3 times of medicine found that the average control effects of the four medicines, amino oligosaccharide 5% AS, photosynthetic bacteria 60% DP,oligosaccharide·chain protein 6% WP and lentinan 0.5% AS, were 69.26, 51.19, 57.77 and 63.08%, respectively. When treated with the same agent in different doses, 140 g a.i./ha of amino-oligosaccharin 5% AS was applied, the average control effect was 78.70%, and the potato yield increased by 30.4%. [Conclusions] Considering the incidence of PVY in this area, this study recommends the use of amino-oligosaccharin 5% AS 140 g a.i./ha to prevent and treat PVY.
