锦灯笼提取物对小鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病的预防作用

摘  要:
为了研究锦灯笼提取物对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)小鼠的预防作用,锦灯笼提取物采用水提,旋转蒸发的方法制备.采用高脂饲料诱导法构建NAFLD模型,设置高、低2个剂量处理组,分别以100 mg/kg·bw,200 mg/kg·bw的剂量对预防组小鼠进行灌胃.试验8周后,观察各组小鼠的肝脏组织病理学特征,并对肝功能、血脂以及肝脏抗氧化等指标进行检测.结果显示,与模型组相比锦灯笼低剂量组与高剂量组小鼠肝脏脂肪变性程度减轻,血清ALT,AST,TG,TC,GLU和LDL-C水平显著降低,肝组织MDA含量显著降低,SOD含量降低不显著.表明锦灯笼提取物对NAFLD模型小鼠有保护作用,其机制与降低肝组织中MDA含量和血脂有关.

摘  要:
Objective: To investigate the preventive effect of Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii extract on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease mice. Methods. The extract from Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii was prepared by water extraction and rotating evaporation. The ICR mice were treated with high fat diet to build NAFLD model. The mice of prevention groups were treated with low dose extract( 100 mg/kg) and high dose extract( 200 mg/kg),respectively. After eight weeks,the liver histopathology,liver function,blood lipid and antioxidant index in liver were detected. Results: Compared with the model group,the liver fatty degeneration was reduced,and the levels of serum ALT,AST,TG,TC,GLU and LDL-C were significantly decreased. The content of MDA in liver tissue were significantly decreased,and the decrease of SOD content was not significant in the low dose group and the high dose group.Conclusion The extract from Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii has preventive effect on NAFLD mice,and its mechanism is related to reducing MDA content in liver and blood lipid.
