摘 要：
针对目前木本油料产业发展中良种化存在的现有种苗生产、经营现状不适应良种化发展的需要,良种基地规模小,品种单一,良种审定工作滞后,良种科研与生产脱节等问题,提出全面规划、突出重点,建设一批林木良种基地,加快乡土树种选优、收集、保存和利用,建立健全林木良种推广体系等对策与措施.

摘 要：
Based on the problems in variety improvement of woody oil-bearing industrial development,for instance,current situation of seedlings' production and management unsuitable for the need of variety improvement,small scale,mono-culture,disconnection of scientific research and practice,the paper proposes several measures for these problems,such as overall planning to speed up indigenous species' selection,collection,preservation and utilization,to establish wood variety extensive system and so on.
