卷丹百合组培快繁技术的研究

摘  要:
以卷丹百合(Lilium ssp)鳞片为外植体,探讨影响百合分化的主要因素,通过正交实验结果表明:影响百合分化的主要因素是培养基中的植物生长素和分裂素的浓度比值,诱导卷丹百合鳞片不定芽的培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg.L-1+NAA0.1 mg.L-1+糖30 g.L-1+琼脂6.5 g.L-1,诱导不定芽的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.8 mg.L-1+NAA0.1 mg.L-1+糖30 g.L-1+琼脂6.5 g.L-1,蔗糖对卷丹百合的分化影响效果不明显。

摘  要:
Using the lily squama as the explant,this paper probes the key factor that affect lily squama polarize,the results tested by orthogonal design shows that key factor affecting lily polarize are the rate of phytohormone and cytokinins,the appropriate medium for adventitious buds is MS+6-BA 2.0 mg L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 +sugar 30 g·L-1 +agar 6.5 g·L-1,the medium of multiplication is MS+6-BA 0.8 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 +sugar 30 g·L-1+agar 6.5 g·L-1,the effect of sugar affecting juandan lily polarize would be no patency.
