摘 要:
豌豆(Pisum sativum)是一种应用广泛的中药材。采用原子吸收光谱法测定了豌豆中Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe等微量元素含量。结果表明,豌豆中Zn含量最高,达到5 907.11±0.97 mg/kg,Fe、Cu、Mn元素含量也较丰富,该结果将为阐明豌豆的药用和保健功能提供参考。

摘 要:
Pisum sativum is a common Chinese medicine.The contents of Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometer.The results showed the content of Zn reached 5 907.11±0.97 mg / kg,which was the highest element.The Fe,Cu,Mn were also abundant in Pisum sativum.It provided a reference for studying its medicinal and health function.
