镀膜木材的耐候性

摘  要:
用气密性氨基树脂和硅烷偶联剂封闭桐木胶合板,真空磁控溅射镀膜镍钛合金原子膜,使镀膜木材经过了紫外灯光照射,较高室内温度、湿度的环境老化。试验结果显示:屏蔽效能保持在58 dB以上,老化后镀膜木材电磁屏蔽效能稳定。附着强度在老化前300 h内没有变化,保持2.0 MPa不变;从400~600 h稍有下降,每100 h衰减0.5%。抗拉能力跟附着强度变化相似,随着老化时间的延长,从400~600 h缓慢下降,下降幅度也在0.5%上下。耐磨强度在300 h前保持1 700转不变,在400~600 h时间内缓慢下降。镀膜木材的表观状态,通过视觉观察,没有发现异常,镀膜木材经老化后,仍然表面平整、细腻、光滑、色泽均匀,没有出现变色、开裂、鼓泡等缺陷。老化试验表明,对进行封闭的木材的干燥处理可靠合理,使用的气密性氨基树脂封闭剂和硅烷偶联剂,耐高温、耐潮湿、耐久性能好,起到了对木材保护、封闭的效果。

摘  要:
Wood sputtered with nickel-titanium atoms were tested through aging in an environment with ultraviolet light,high temperature,high moisture content after the wood was sealed up with airtight amino resin and silane coupling agent.Results showed that the magnet shielding effect remained over 58 dB and kept the same after aging.Bond strength remained unchanged and kept stable at 2.0 MPa in the first 300 h of aging,and it declined at a rate of 0.5% from 400 h to 600 h.Tensile strength changed like bond strength,which kept stable in the first 300 h and changed gradually from 400 h to 600 h at a rate of 0.5%.Abrasive resis-tance kept 1 700 revolutions in the first 300 h,and then it decreased slowly from 400 h to 600 h.The apparent view of the wood sputtered with nickel-titanium atoms was similar to that before aging,and its surface was still neat,flat,morbidezza,smooth,and uniform colored with no stain,no crack,no bubbling,etc.Aging test indicates that sealing up the wood with airtight amino resin and silane coupling agent is appropriate,and the treated wood has such characteristics as heat resistance,moisture-proof ability,and wear resistance.The treated wood could be well protected and sealed up.
