菜蚓共作对滩涂盐碱地土壤生态质量的影响研究

摘  要:
采用田间定位试验,设置菜蚓共作和花菜单作2个处理,在原位改良2年后比较了土壤物理指标、基础化学指标和生物学性质指标的变化,明确了菜蚓共作对滩涂盐碱地土壤质量和花菜产量的影响。结果表明,菜蚓共作处理较花菜单作处理使0~20 cm土壤容重降低22.8%,有机质和速效氮分别提高9.1%和29.2%,EC值、盐分和碱化度分别下降24.1%、19.0%和19.1%,pH值下降了0.17,细菌、真菌和放线菌数量分别提高82.7%、0.7%和50.4%,花菜产量提高23.1%。与花菜单作相比,菜蚓共作改变了0~80 cm各土层水盐分布变化特征,增加土壤养分含量,缓解土壤盐碱化,提高土壤微生物数量,是提升滩涂盐碱地土壤生态质量的有效措施。

摘  要:
Two treatments, including control(Tc, cauliflower monoculture system) and earthworm inoculation treatment(Tce, cauliflower-earthworm cooperation system)were chosen in the field experiment. Soil physical properties, basic chemical properties, andbiological properties were determined after 2-year in-situsoil amelioration of saline-alkali land. Then we analyzed the effects of the cauliflower-earthworm cooperation on soil properties and cauliflower yield in saline-alkali land of intertidal zone. The results showed that compared with the cauliflower monoculture treatment, the cauliflower-earthworm cooperation treatment reduced soil bulk density by 22.8%, increased the contents of organic matter and readily available nitrogen by 9.1% and 29.2%, respectively. It alsodecreased EC value, total salt content and degreeofalkalisation by 24.1%, 19.0% and 19.1%, respectively. ThepH valuedecreased from 8.72 to 8.55, and the amounts of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes increased by 82.7%, 0.7% and 50.4%,respectively, and the yield of cauliflowerenhanced 23.1%. The results suggested thatcauliflower-earthworm cooperation could change the characteristics of water and salt distribution at the 0 ~ 80 cm soil layer, improve soil physical properties, increase soil nutrient content, reduce soil salinization and improve soil microbial countscompared with cauliflower monoculture.Thus, cauliflower-earthworm cooperation was an effective biological measure to improve the soil ecological quality in saline-alkali land of intertidal zone.
