光谱质量和光子照度对盾形陀螺珊瑚生长及代谢的影响

摘  要:
以盾形陀螺珊瑚(Turbinaria peltata)为对象,实验室条件下进行4种波长光谱、光子照度梯度变化单因子对照试验,研究其在不同光谱波长、光子照度条件下的生长特性和代谢水平。结果显示:4种光谱条件,且光子照度240μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)时,珊瑚平均生长率(G)、单位面积虫黄藻密度(N_Z)、脂质含量分数(ω_L)变化呈显著性差异(P<0.05),单位面积叶绿素含量(Nchl-a)、蛋白质(ω_P)、碳水化合物(ω_C)含量分数差异不显著,都在波长范围380~460 nm光谱光照条件下出现较高值;不同光谱、光子照度梯度条件下,光照条件下的钙化率(G_L)、净光合作用量(P_N)、总光合作用量(P_G)差异显著(P<0.05),在一定范围内,G_L、P_G、P_N随着光子照度增强而升高,当光子照度超过光合效率光饱和值时,停止升高或开始降低;G_L/G_D和G_L/P_G值也随着光子照度增强而升高,变化范围分别在1.73~8.42和0.11~0.58之间,但P_G/P_N值随着光子照度增强而降低,变化范围在1.78~4.74之间。

摘  要:
Nubbins from Turbinaria peltata were dissected and cultured in unifactor and control experiments.By the survey of growth characteristics and metabolic levels under different range of light wavelengths and light intensities,The results suggested the four types of spectral quality(240 μmol photons m~(-2)s~(-1)) have significant impacts on the Mean growth rates(G), areal zooxanthellae density(NZ)and Lipid content(ωL)and show a significant differences between control and treatment(P<0.05), to the areal chlorophyll-a content(Nchl-a), ratio of Protein(ω_P)and Carbohydrate content(ω_C)are not significant. All parameters have a higher value at 380~460 nm. The light-dependant calcification rates(G_L), net photosynthesis(P_N) and gross photosynthesis(P_G) showed significant difference among them under a range of light wavelength and light intensities(P<0.05). The increases of light-dependant calcification rates(G_L), gross photosynthesis(P_G) and net photosynthesis(PN) Along with the increase of light intensities, and begin to stop increase or decrease When the light intensities peaked at a threshold that was found between the light intensity and photosynthetic efficiency. Accordingly, The ratio of light-dependant calcification rates(G_L) to dark calcification rates(G_D) and light-dependant calcification rates(G_L) to gross photosynthesis(PG) remains a similar variation curve and the ratio ranges from 1.73 to 8.42 and 0.11 to 0.58. However, the ratio gross photosynthesis(P_G) to net photosynthesis(PN) begin to decrease Along with the increase of light intensities and the ratio ranges from 1.78 to 4.74.
