摘  要:
新菠萝灰粉蚧(Dysmicoccus neobrevipes(Beardsley))是我国进境植物检疫性有害生物,新菠萝灰粉蚧和菠萝灰粉蚧(D.brevipes)经常从进口菲律宾和东南亚水果中截获,用形态学方法对二者进行鉴定较难,且耗时较长。为了对这两种粉蚧进行快速准确鉴定,本研究利用mtDNA COI基因设计了两组特异性引物和MGB探针,应用TaqMan实时荧光PCR方法实现了对新菠萝灰粉蚧和菠萝灰粉蚧进行快速准确鉴定的目的。该方法耗时短,重复性好,适合在口岸检疫中推广应用。

摘  要:
Dysmicoccus neobrevipes(Beardsley)(Homoptera:Coccoidea:Pseudococcidae) has special significance to China quarantine. Dysmicoccus neobrevipes and D. brevipes are frequently intercepted from imported fruits of Philippines and the Southeast Asia. It is very difficult to identify them based on morphological characters and it's a long time. In this study,two sets of specific PCR primers and MGB probes were obtained based on mt DNA COI gene. Dysmicoccus neobrevipes and D. brevipes were rapidly identified using Taq Man Real-time qualitative PCR essay. The method is short-time consuming,repeatability,suitable for promotion in the port quarantine.
