摘  要:
This article introduced several types of micro RNAs which result in the gene silence and the mechanism of function.This article also refered to the prospects of RNAi and the inffluence of different miro RNAs synthetized by different methods to animal immunity system.There have four type short RNAs including siRNAs,miRNAs,tncRNAs and smRNAs,which they all play an importance pole on the mRNA expression in cells and can use to therapy some diseases induced by virus.
