橘小实蝇对三华李果实的产卵选择

摘  要:
【目的】明确不同成熟度三华李果实对橘小实蝇产卵选择的影响,为三华李上橘小实蝇的有效防控提供参考依据。【方法】以采集自广西贺州市八步区三华李果园的不同成熟度三华李果实(青果、黄果和红果)为材料,分别测定不同成熟度三华李果实的硬度值和可溶性固形物含量,统计不同成熟度三华李果实上橘小实蝇的着卵量和着卵孔数,分析不同成熟度三华李果实生理指标(硬度、可溶性固形物)及其挥发物对橘小实蝇产卵定位行为的影响。【结果】橘小实蝇在不同成熟度完整三华李果实上的产卵偏好性表现为黄果>红果>青果,在黄果上的着卵量最高,为201.88±17.46粒,显著高于其余两种成熟度三华李果实(P<0.05,下同);不同成熟度三华李果实不同部位着卵量均表现为顶部最少、基部最多;红果时期三华李气味对橘小实蝇雌虫的产卵诱导性最强,整果和切块果的着卵量分别为141.78±10.08和181.70±13.54粒;在同一成熟度条件下,三华李果实切块气味对橘小实蝇雌虫产卵诱导性高于完整果实。不同成熟度三华李果实间硬度及可溶性固形物含量差异显著;相关性分析结果表明,橘小实蝇对三华李各成熟度果实不同部位产卵选择与果实硬度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)、与可溶性固形物含量无显著相关性(P>0.05)。【结论】橘小实蝇雌虫在各成熟度自然状态下三华李果实上的产卵选择与其果表硬度、挥发物具有相关性,硬度值可作为各时期三华李果是否可被橘小实蝇为害的评判指标。在各成熟度三华李中,橘小实蝇雌成虫最偏好在转色期黄果上产卵,生产中可将三华李果实转色期作为该害虫的重点防控时期。

摘  要:
【Objective】The objective of this study was to ascertain the effects of the physiological indexes and volatiles of Prunus salicina in different maturities on the oviposition selectivity of Bactrocera dorsalia(Hendel),providing reference for effective control of B. dorsalia on P. salicina.【Method】P. salicina with various maturities(green,yellow and red fruits)were harvested from P. salicina orchards of Babu District,Hezhou City,Guangxi. The hardness value and soluble solids content of P. salicina at different maturity levels were ascertained using instrument. The number of eggs and egg holes of B. dorsalia on P. salicina at different maturity levels were counted. The variations of P. salicina at different maturity degrees in hardness,soluble solids and volatile odor were examined to explore their effects on the spawning orientation of B. dorsalia.【Result】The spawning preference of intact P. salicina in different maturities on B. dorsalia was yellow fruit>red fruit>green fruit. The numbers of eggs laid(201.88±17.46)on the yellowing fruit was the largest,which was significantly higher than red fruit and green fruit(P<0.05,the same below). The number of average eggs on P. salicina at different maturity levels at the basal part number was maximum and that in the upper part was minimum. The odor of P. salicina during the red fruit period exhibited the strongest spawning inductivity on B. dorsalia female,and the egg number of intact fruit and crashed fruit reached 141.78±10.08 and 181.70±13.54,respectively. Under the identical maturity,the odor of P. salicina slice was more attractive to B. dorsalia female than that of the intact fruit. P. salicina in various maturities displayed significant differences in hardness and soluble solid content. The correlation analysis suggested that the spawning selection of B. dorsalia on different parts of P. salicina with various maturities was extremely negatively correlated with fruit hardness(P<0.01)and slightly associated with soluble solid content(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The spawning selection of B. dorsalia on naturally matured P. salicina are associated with the fruit surface hardness and the volatiles of P. salicina. The hardness value can be used as an index to judge whether P. salicina can be damaged by B. dorsalia. While B. dorsalia exhibits the highest spawning preference on the yellowing period of P. salicina. Therefore,color changing period of P. salicina should be a key period for B. dorsalia pest control.
