兽药黄连解毒散中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的HPLC法测定

摘  要：
采用Eclipse XDB-C18键合硅胶柱(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm)为色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-2mL/L磷酸水溶液(25∶75),流速为1 mL/min;检测波长:黄芩苷278 nm,盐酸小檗碱347 nm;进样量10μL。结果,黄芩苷、小檗碱的进样量分别在0.464～1.16μg(r=0.999 8,n=7)、0.194 4～0.486μg(r=0.9999,n=7)范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.91%和98.69%,RSD分别为1.42%(n=9)和0.85%(n=9)。结果表明,建立的高效液相色谱法快速、准确,重现性和精密度均良好,可为兽药黄连解毒散的质量控制和评价提供技术支撑。

摘  要：
To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Huanglian Jiedu San of veterinary drugs,the content determination was performed on ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-2mL/L phosphoric acid(25∶75).The flow rate was 1.0mL/min,and the detection wavelength of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride was set at 278nm and 347nm.The column temperature was maintained at 30℃ and injection volume was 20μL.In result,the linear range of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride were from 0.464 to 1.16μg(r=0.9998) and from 0.1944 to 0.486μg(r=0.9999),respectively,and the average recoveries were 98.91% and 98.69%,respectively.In conclusion,the method was simple,accurate,reproducible and precise,which would be suitable for contents determination,quality control and evaluation of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Huanglian Jiedu San of veterinary drugs.
