缘督以为经:对《贵妇人画像》的庄子式阐释

摘  要：
本文试图运用庄子"缘督以为经"的人生观分析《贵妇人画像》中伊莎贝尔·阿切尔的人生选择。庄子的"无情"观、"无用之用"观和寓言"庖丁解牛"具体体现了"缘督以为经"思想。本文首先用庄子的"无情"观分析了伊莎贝尔片面追求艺术的唯美主义思想对其人生的负面作用;然后用庄子"无用之用"观分析了财产和激情对伊莎贝尔的"无用"价值;最后用寓言"庖丁解牛"分析了她回归无爱婚姻的原因在于扭曲个性以回避现实的矛盾,以寄托母爱的方式实现其自然人生。

摘  要：
This paper makes an analysis of Isabel Archer's choice of marriage in The Portrait of a Lady with ancient Chinese philosopher Chang-Tzu's view of life "pursuit on the middle course".Chang-Tzu's views of "no affection by emotions","the advantage of the useless" and the fable of "A Cook's Cutting up a bullock" are all detailed illustration of his view of life.At the beginning of the paper is an analysis of the negative effect of Archer's extreme pursuit of art based on Chang-Tzu's view of "no affection by emotions";then there is an analysis on the valueless function of money and passion for Archer with Chang-Tzu's view of "the advantage of the useless";lastly,it is about the reason why Archer returns to the broken marriage with Chang-Tzu fable of "A Cook's Cutting up a bullock",and it draws a conclusion that she suppresses her personality to avoid direct confrontation with social reality,and it lives a natural life by giving maternal love.
