“肤感”涂层形成机制及其在家具中的研究现状与发展趋势

摘 要:
随着科学技术的不断进步和国民生活水平的不断提高,人们对精神生活的需求也越来越高,这要求家居产品在满足人们基本物质功能要求的同时,还需符合人们对精神生活的追求和向往。肤感家具不仅能够营造一种舒适、恬静的生活环境,而且在与人体交互时还能给人以亲切、愉悦的感觉,所以肤感家具在一定程度上能够满足人们对家具的情感需求。笔者在概述肤感基本概念、成型特征及其在化妆品、织物、家具等领域应用情况的基础上,分别从内因和外因阐述肤感涂层的形成机制,并详述压印法、应力释放法、热应力法、膨胀法、相分离法成型肤感涂层的基本原理;重点介绍肤感家具的成型原则、方法及其评价体系,并提出全面、准确评价家具肤感性能的有效方法;最后对肤感家具的应用情况进行分析,从研发、生产以及评价三方面提出肤感家具的发展趋势,尤其3D打印技术在肤感家具中的运用,以促进家具肤感涂层的可控、精准、快速成型,并对未来肤感家具的高效制备和广泛应用提供借鉴。

摘 要:
With the continuous progress in science, technology, and national living standard, people are looking for high quality and smart furniture resulting in higher requirement for household products nowdays. Therefore, more and more household products with intelligent characters have sprung up in our daily life, such as skin-tactile furniture. Skin-tactile furniture is a new emerged furniture that is decorated by a layer of specific coating or film. The skin-tactile furniture can not only create a comfortable and quiet living environment, but also provide people with a warm and pleasant feeling when it is interacted with the human body. Therefore, the skin-tactile furniture meets people's emotional needs. In this review, the overview of skin-tactile was addressed based on the basic concept, molding features and applications in cosmetics, fabrics, furniture and other fields. The influence on the forming mechanism of skin-tactile coating was discussed from the aspects of inside and outside of the skin-tactile coating. The forming principles of the skin-tactile coating by imprinting, stress releasing, thermal stress, swelling, and phase separation were elaborated, respectively. Furthermore, the formation and evaluation of the skin-tactile furniture were introduced. The methods of forming the skin-tactile coating on the furniture were briefly summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages were listed and discussed. An effective method to accurately evaluate the skin-tactile performance of furniture was proposed by the combination of objective and subjective evaluations, which were based on the summarization of the handle evaluation of fabrics and solid wood. Finally, the application of the skin-tactile furniture was analyzed, and its development trend in the research and development, production, and evaluation were put forward. Especially, the application of 3 D printing technology in the manufacturing of the skin-tactile furniture would promote the controllable, accurate, and rapid molding of the skin-tactile coating on the furniture. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the formation mechanism of skin-tactile coating, and the forming, evaluation, application and development trend of skin-tactile furniture, this study would provide valuable techniques to manufacture skin-tactile coatings on the furniture. Moreover, this review would lay a solid foundation for the wide application of skin-tactile furniture in the future.
