摘 要:
裂褐菌F7为我国本土生长分离的白腐真菌菌种。用限氮培养基培养裂褐菌F7,研究培养物和粗酶液对不同浓度甲基橙和结晶紫的脱色情况并比较其中的差异。实验结果表明,粗酶液在12 h内对浓度为10 mg/L的甲基橙和结晶紫降解效果较佳,最高降解率可分别达到33.97%和44.77%。菌丝体在生长过程中对甲基橙也有明显的脱色效果,培养12 d后,10 mg/L的脱色效率在95%左右,30 mg/L的脱色效率接近90%,50 mg/L的脱色效率在85%左右,而结晶紫则能明显抑制菌体的生长。

摘 要:
Schizophyllum Commune F7,a piece of White rot fungi,was isolated from China.Useing N-limited submerged culture to raise Schizophyllum commune,the decolourization abilities of mycelium and enzyme for different concentrations of methyl orange and methyl violet were investigated.Results indicated that the removing effects of the enzyme on 10 mg/L methyl orange and methyl violet could get a better affect in 12 h,the highest decolorization rate may respectively reach 33.97% and 44.77%.The mycelium also showed obvious decolorization ability to methyl orange,about 95% decolorization rate for 10 mg/L methyl orange,90% decolorization rate for 30mg/L methyl orange and about 85% decolorization rate for 50mg/L methyl orange were obtained,while methyl violet showed significantly suppression on the growth of Schizophyllum Commune.
