摘 要:
目前,温室盆栽作物迅速发展,在国际上已经形成一项重要的产业。为了满足国内外温室盆栽作物灌溉的需求,设计了一种基于可编逻辑控制器(PLC)为控制器的灌溉装置。以西门子S7-200 CPU 224xp CN PLC为核心,利用PLC内部模拟数据采集电路、压力传感器测量出盆栽作物的质量;用条形码读码器读取盆栽作物的信息,能够让管理人员实时了解盆栽作物的生长状况。在上位机建立数据库,通过C#语言编写上位机控制界面,能够实时显示盆栽作物灌溉量和条形码信息。此装置提高了灌溉的精度和温室栽培作物的自动化程度。

摘 要:
With the greenhouse potted crop has been developed quickly,it has become an important industry in the world. In order to meet the needs of domestic greenhouse crop irrigation,this system designed a irrigation device based on programmable logic controller( PLC). As Siemens S7-200 CPU 224 xp CN is the core controller,using of PLC internal analog data acquisition circuit and measuring the weight of the potted plants by pressure sensors and reading potted crops information via bar code,the administrator can understand the status of the potted plant growth in real time. Through writing the C# language PC control interface and building database on the PC,the interface display potted crops irrigation quantity and bar code information. The test proved that this device can improve the accuracy of the irrigation and the degree of automation of greenhouse crop cultivation.
