摘 要:
为研究ycf1基因家族成员在榛属(Corylus)中的生理功能,利用榛属叶绿体基因组数据库,经过生物信息学分析,获得榛属ycf1基因家族成员的基因结构、定位和编码蛋白,经过多重序列比对进行进化和分类分析。结果表明,榛属叶绿体基因组中的ycf1基因家族成员不含有内含子;TMHMM跨膜区结构分析显示,榛属YCF1蛋白均不含有跨膜区;MEME保守结构域分析显示,榛属YCF1蛋白均含有3个保守结构域。研究结果对解析榛属YCF1蛋白的生物学功能提供重要的线索。

摘 要:
The study aims to study the function of ycf1 gene family members in Corylus. On the basis of Corylus chloroplast genome database and bioinformatics analysis, we obtained ycf1 gene family structure and their positions information. The results showed that ycf1 genes existed in the Corylus chloroplast genome, containing no introns. TMHMM results showed that all YCF1 proteins contain transmembrane structure. Multiple alignment and motif display results indicated that all YCF1 proteins contain 3 conserved domains in Corylus. The results will provide the important clues for functional studies of Corylus YCF1 proteins.
